Meet the Instructors
Beth and Tammy have 25+ years of experience helping kids succeed in school. They have combined their educational expertise, professional pursuits and personal passions to help jumpstart your student’s school year so they can learn better organizational skills and achieve academic success.
Tammy C. O'Neil
The Organizer Coach
Tammy is an Associate Certified Life Coach, (ACC), Certified Parent Trainer (CPT), Student Success Coach (CSSC), Senior Downsizing Specialist (CSDS) and an ADHD Coach. She is also a Professional Organizer that specializes in ADHD, Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding. She has achieved certification levels in ADHD, Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding through Institute of Challenging Disorganization and National Association of Productivity and Organizing Consultants (NAPO). Coaching certifications were earned thru JST Training and International Coaching Federation. Tammy’s Business and Communication degrees, continuing education and community volunteer work enhance her abilities to “think outside the box.”
Beth McGaw
Launchpad Consulting Group
As an Independent Educational Consultant (IEC) and principal of LaunchPad Consulting Group, Beth offers services to individuals and their families using a strength-based approach to coach students in their current and future academic endeavors and independent life skills. While her specialty is assisting families and students with LD/ADHD/Autism Spectrum with Post Secondary Transitions, she works with all adolescents and young adults to explore college majors, career choices, executive function skills, self-advocacy skills, and gap year options.
