I became the child in charge of home management and organization - a survival skill I honed for many years.
My Communications and Business degrees, nonprofit volunteer management experience, community volunteer work and; as mom and grandmother of five grandchildren, have enhanced my combined unique gifts of creative coaching and organization - the ability to “think outside the box.”
As a Professional Organizer that specializes in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Chronic Disorganization (CD) and Hoarding, I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals in life through Coaching and Organization. My motivation, creativity and positive attitude are intentional in helping clients create an “Attitude to Action” plan! In addition to providing my clients with effective creative customized organizing strategies and maintenance plans, I identify and educate them about their individual organizing style/personality.
As a member of Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD), Institute of Challenging Disorganization (ICD), International Coaching Federation (ICF) and National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO and NAPO-DFW) I provide my clients with effective co-active coaching techniques that transform lives.
I received my coaching training through JST Coaching and certification through International Coaching Federation (ICF) along with other educational certificates through ICD and NAPO. I am also a certified Parent Trainer for CHADD and Sanity School.
As a life-long learner and an education consumer, I enjoy taking continuing education classes to keep current with Coaching and Organization techniques.
I was born and raised in West Virginia, the youngest of four siblings and a “Mountain Momma” at heart. I reside in Grapevine, Texas and love spending time with family and friends! My hobbies include: dancing, reading, power walking and meeting new people!
I am a believer, an author, coach, consultant and speaker who is passionate about helping people remove clutter and chaos from their lives allowing them to reclaim their time, energy, space and money! I empower my clients by creating a co-active coaching partnership and have spent the past 30 years developing efficient systems and tools!
I get your pain - I grew up in a highly dysfunctional home and we moved around a lot.
"She helped me tailor my sorting sessions to 15 minutes from my overwhelming hour I had assigned myself and was not accomplishing much but frustration. She helped me and my husband with our “expectations” since I have a perfectionistic, overachiever mentality 90% of the time. Tammy is thoughtful about the needs of her clients and goes above and beyond to empower her clients to take charge of their organizing needs."

“I've worked with Tammy for the past two years as co-coordinators of a Christmas event in our community. Tammy was ‘super-woman’ when it came to planning and organizing the event. She's an expert in establishing goals, making to-do lists, recruiting volunteers, and coordinating all efficiently to get the job done! It's a joy to work with someone so knowledgeable in her field. She made me look good as her co-chair—and the event was a home run!”
– Lisa M. | Speech therapist
“Thanks, Tammy!! I have been using your 15 minute procedure. It has really helped so much... I am gearing up to work in my office today...and have gotten 4 totes for my 4 areas to distribute my "things"... Hope the giveaway pile is huge.. I donate to The Arc of the MOV, Noah's Arc Thrift Stores. You have inspired me so much after being at the United Way meeting last month.”

I learned how to put together a plan and a system that works for me. It helped me know where to make a good start.

His superior craftsmanship is seen throughout my home renovation, painting, installation, picture hanging, kitchen space design, etc. I couldn’t have done this remodeling by myself. His attention to detail and customer service is unparallel!

"Jim has installed doors, painted rooms and trim, re-designed my kitchen, and installed shelving in our home. He is not only talented, he’s efficient with his time, provided excellent customer service, and cleans up after he’s finished! Amazing work!"
– K.W.
"I give Jim my “Honey Do” list and he completes it in a timely and efficient manner. Always smiling and never complains when I “add on” jobs at the last minute. He is a talented craftsman that offers fair pricing and superior results."
