**PACKAGES ARE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE
**NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGE PLANS AND ALL HOURS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 months for residential customers AND 1 year for business customers. Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. ALL PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Clients may incur additional expenses such as, but not limited to: product supplies, document shredding, trash delivery, etc. Any additional expenses will be discussed and confirmed with client prior to purchasing.
CANCELLATION or CHANGES
Any changes to the schedule must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the date scheduled. Every effort will be made to honor reasonable requests for re-scheduling. Cancellation of a scheduled date with less than 48-hour notice WILL RESULT IN deducting 2 hours from your PACKAGE.
*Any materials mutually agreed upon will be billed to you by the Organizer, including any shopping time at a rate of $ ______ per hour or one hour off your package time.
PAYMENT TERMS
Acceptable methods of payment to the Organizer include cash, check, cashier’s check, money order and/or credit card - **$35.00 Bank fee will be charged on all returned checks.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
You agree that the Organizer’s liability hereunder for damages, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services described herein. This shall be exclusive remedy. You further agree that the Organizer will not be liable for any lost profits, for any claim, or demand against you by any other party. In no event will the Organizer be liable for incidental or consequential damages – even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PHOTO RELEASE
You give the Organizer permission to use photos, photos of my property, designated service area(s), if applicable, to promote the Organizer (may include, but not limited to; social media, website, marketing materials, etc.) I agree that all photo images and, if applicable, used and taken by the Organizer, are owned by the Organizer. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished copy of images or printed matter that may be created in conjunction with the Organizer marketing materials, social media, website, etc. ***Names and contact information WILL NOT be identified, sold, leased, rented and/or distributed to any individual or business.
