As an adult with ADHD, I understand and embrace these struggles. ADHD doesn’t define me as a person, reflect my intelligence, creativity or spirit – nor does it you! I will show you how to laser focus your super powers and achieve your goals!
As an ADHD Coach and Professional Organizer that specializes in ADHD, Chronic Disorganization and Hoarding, I understand these “challenges” and turn them into learning opportunities for my clients.
Changing perspective and transforming lives… one step at a time.
Understanding who you are and accepting that your ADHD brain is wired differently is the one of the most important steps to achieving success.
ADHD is a NO-LIMITATIONS neurological disorder that once identified, and strengths are highlighted in a manner that honors your natural personality; you become empowered to take charge of your life. Together, we transform “Overwhelm” into actionable, attainable, manageable and practical steps so that you can turn potential into doable.
I work with you in a co-active coaching partnership to facilitate change.

“For many people with ADHD, the desire and ability is there to do great things, but they often find it difficult to channel their ideas in productive and socially correct ways, or to stay with a concept until fruition.
Common challenges, such as time management, organization, goal setting and prioritization are often issues that medication or therapy do not address, whereas the focus of ADHD coaching is on building skills and taking action. Good coaching definitely helps people to improve their business focus, interpersonal skills and ability to get things done in such a way as to lead a more productive, fulfilling and rewarding life.”

"She helped me tailor my sorting sessions to 15 minutes from my overwhelming hour I had assigned myself and was not accomplishing much but frustration. She helped me and my husband with our “expectations” since I have a perfectionistic, overachiever mentality 90% of the time. Tammy is thoughtful about the needs of her clients and goes above and beyond to empower her clients to take charge of their organizing needs."
– Una G.
“I've worked with Tammy for the past two years as co-coordinators of a Christmas event in our community. Tammy was ‘super-woman’ when it came to planning and organizing the event. She's an expert in establishing goals, making to-do lists, recruiting volunteers, and coordinating all efficiently to get the job done! It's a joy to work with someone so knowledgeable in her field. She made me look good as her co-chair—and the event was a home run!”

Parenting a child with ADHD can be overwhelming, stressful, isolating and complicated.
As a parent, it can be unclear where to focus our attention – at home, school, siblings, or all of the aforementioned areas?
COA2P is Parent training opportunity that guides parents through the complex maze of decision making. Coach Approach to Parenting educates the parents about how their child’s brain is wired, provides accountability and support, educates the family about the impact of ADHD, identifies needs, sets client directed goals and offers guidance. I also assist with coordinating other professional services.
COA2P teaches a communication method that helps you manage your child. Through education, acceptance and non-judgmental parent coaching, I help you navigate, develop and sustain conversation with your child that holds him accountable, accepts self-responsibility and adapt flexibility. Parental focus becomes learning and improvement, rather than criticism and correction.
