What types of payment do you accept for all services?

We accept cash, check, credit cards and money orders.

What is your refund policy?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR HOURLY AND/OR PACKAGE PLANS. ALL HOURS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 months for residential customers AND 1 year for business customers. Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. ALL PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Do you offer payment plans?

No, not at this time.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
